Founded in 2002, AMB Construction has spent over two decades shaping communities through high-quality residential and commercial construction. With expertise in single-family homes, apartment complexes, and condominium developments, we take pride in delivering durable, functional, and visually striking spaces.

 

Based in Tallahassee, Florida, we serve the surrounding regions, including Santa Rosa Beach and Bainbridge, GA. Our portfolio includes high-end custom homes ranging from 2,800 to 4,000 square feet, as well as notable apartment projects such as The Arrowhead Apartments, The Lofts on Gaines Street, The Courtyard at All Saints, and The Warehouse. In 2024, we expanded our impact with the development and construction of a duplex project in downtown Bainbridge.
